Lindsay's Biography
Lindsay Grantham was raised in the small town of De Soto, Kansas. She became a mom at a young age but did not let this stop her from achieving her dream of becoming a lawyer. Lindsay is driven by her passion to stick up for people. Lindsay worked hard to graduate from The University of Kansas in 2013, where she majored in Philosophy and worked as a Receptionist. Lindsay wrote her honors thesis in Political Philosophy, which centered around ideas for achieving political justice and equality for all people in America.
Lindsay then went on to attend law school at The University of Kansas. While in law school, Lindsay served as the Treasurer for KU Women in Law, which raised money for local domestic violence centers. Lindsay also worked as a Law Clerk at a small criminal defense firm. This experience sparked Lindsay's passion for helping people who find themselves in tough situations.
Lindsay has wanted to practice personal injury law since her own car collision in 2011 where she saw how insurance companies seek to take advantage of individuals, even those in law school. Lindsay knows what you are going through because she has been there herself. This same collision led Lindsay to discover her love for yoga. Lindsay is a certified yoga instructor, and loves teaching yoga. She even conducts classes for her team at DeVaughn James.
Lindsay and her son, Mikey, love to spend time together and watch the Kansas City Chiefs.
Lindsay is licensed to practice law in Kansas and the United States District Court for the District of Kansas. She is a member of the Kansas Bar Association, the Kansas Trial Lawyers, the Wichita Bar Association, and the Wichita Young Lawyers group.
