Scott Nading

Scott's Biography

Being the first in his family to attend college, Scott Nading is no stranger to overcoming obstacles through proper planning and hard work. Now, he is committed to using his education and experience to obtain maximum recoveries for those who have been injured due to the negligent acts of others.

Being an Oklahoma native, Scott graduated from the University of Oklahoma in 2017 with a bachelor’s degree in political science. Following this, Scott attended law school at the University of Arkansas. During his time in law school, Scott was as an editor for the Arkansas Law Review, served as a teaching assistant for Professor Mary Beth Matthews’ contracts class, and graduated with honors.

Prior to joining DeVaughn James, Scott served as a law clerk to the Honorable John W. Broomes of the United States District Court for the District of Kansas. Through his clerkship, Scott gained invaluable insight into the court system as well as a judge’s perspective on legal writing and advocacy.

Scott is married to his wife, Collette, and together they have two golden retrievers, Archie and Bentley. Scott and his wife enjoy volunteering at their local church, Vima, where they assist with the youth group. Outside of his time with family, Scott enjoys discussing all things archery related, working out, and studying theology topics.
