Devaugh James/London Bobbitt and all supporting cast don't talk much about hope and luck...they don't need to. They do one thing and do it with some pretty scary precision. They were always available to update me on the progress of my case and when I emotionally was having a bad day, they both had the soothing words of advice to help my thru.  I was 74 years old when I had my injury and age alone made it very hard to keep going. I would have probably given up if I would not have had Nick/Bre to keep me reassured. Bre was always there when Nick was not available. She always was able to answer my questions and if not, she would get back to me with a answer.  Her kind voice and personality made me feel like I was doing the right thing.  She is a amazing lady and she is such a great benefit to not only Nick but to your agency. Secondly my attorney Joseph Bryden this was an awesome experience every time I called and wanted to talk to him I actually got to talk to him or I got a call back from him very seldom do you ever get to talk to your attorney in other places so that told me right there with all the other caseloads I still felt very important to them I felt like part of the team not a case number and definitely not a paycheck. London was very easy to get a hold of and very attentive of my needs. She made sure to call me back. If she wasn’t able to get a hold of me, they came to my home and checked on me. They were very friendly and compassionate. I never had to speak to the insurance companies they took care of everything. They help get the compensation I would’ve not been able to do by myself. They were going around 40mph at the time of impact. I was lucky to not have major injuries but, for the injury’s I did have DeVaughn James helped me set appointments and seek the right care. The settlement was paid out around 7 months after the incident and I had great communication with DeVaughn James the entire way. Would recommend them to any one hurt in a wreck. After exhaustive efforts on my part with the insurance companies, I decided to reach out to DeVaughn James for help. It was easily the best thing I could have done. We worked with attorney Lance Smith and legal assistant Amanda Vandyke. After the first phone call with the onboard team, Lance and Amanda took over and did an extraordinary job working on our behalf - they always made themselves available, and if they couldn’t, they reached out very quickly. We each had individual cases. My settlement was eventually reached and was very satisfactory. Amanda did a fantastic job putting together the demand letter to the insurance company and there is no question that it influenced the settlement amount. I am very happy with the results from my case. I was well informed throughout the process. It was a long journey for me through this. But they came through for me when I needed it the most. I think I can easily say that they exceeded my expectations. It did take awhile to finish my case. But it was worth it. I never want to go through this again. But if I ever had to call another attorney, I would call them back without a hesitation. For what time I had working with them, I was treated like family. But also with great professionalism.
