Tim Love is dedicated to the zealous representation of those who have suffered as a result of the negligent and wrongful acts of others. He deeply empathizes with those facing the tragic circumstances of personal injury.
The youngest of three, Tim was born and raised in Wichita, KS. Tim received his Bachelor's degree from Wichita State University in 2013 and continues to be a huge Shocker basketball fan. Before becoming an attorney, Tim spent three years working as an emergency medical technician at Via Christi St. Joseph and is very familiar with the medical field. He has seen the turmoil that injury and illness cause individuals and families. It is Tim’s mission to resolve cases as quickly and effectively as possible so his clients can receive the care and resources they need.
Tim received his Juris Doctorate from Washburn University School of Law in 2017. While attending Washburn, Tim served on the Washburn Student Bar Association and served as Vice President of Washburn's Chapter of Phi Alpha Legal Fraternity. As a member of Washburn Law's Pro Bono society, Tim organized and hosted philanthropy events benefiting the local Topeka community.
Tim is licensed to practice law in the State of Kansas, United States District Court for the District of Kansas, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit. He is also a member of the Kansas Bar Association and American Bar Association.* Prior results in an earlier case do not guarantee or suggest a similar outcome in future matters the lawyer may undertake.
